Waiver, Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnification Agreement

In consideration of being allowed to enter into the play area and/or participate in any party and/or program at Bouncin LLC of Oak Harbor WA, the undersigned, on his or her behalf, and/or on behalf of the participant(s) identified below, acknowledges, appreciates and agrees to the following conditions: I, the parent/legal guardian or with the permission of the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s), agree that the participant(s) and I shall comply with the stated and customary terms, rules, and conditions for participation in any party and/or program at Bouncin LLC of Oak Harbor WA. In addition, if I observe any hazard during my participation, I will bring it to the attention of the nearest official immediately; I am aware that participation in Bouncin LLC of Oak Harbor WA programs, parties and/or use of the play area and inflatable equipment creates a risk of injury, and I, on behalf of myself and the participant(s), knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even from the negligence of others; and, I, for myself and the participant(s), and our respective heirs, assigns, administrators, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless, Bouncin LLC of Oak Harbor WA, their affiliates, officers, members, agents, employees, other participants, and sponsoring agencies from and against any and all claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of or related to participation in any and all Bouncin LLC of Oak Harbor WA programs, activities, parties, the use of the play area and/or inflatable equipment. I approve the use of any photography taken by Bouncin in which the undersigned is part of to be used on the Bouncin website and/or print media. By signing below, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions:

1. General Rules

• Each participant must have a liability waiver submitted to the front desk.
• No running anywhere in the facility.
• No flips, summersaults or any kind of gymnastic maneuvers on the inflatables or anywhere in the facility.
• Socks must be worn at all time while on the inflatables.
• No climbing up the sides on any of the inflatables.
• No sharp objects, please remove any objects that might puncture the inflatables.
• No wrestling or rough play.
• No jumping off of or onto the inflatables.
• Only play with like ages and sizes on all inflatables.
• Do not go behind any of the inflatables and only enter from the entrance at the front of the inflatable.
• Do not sit, lean or jump over or on the inflatable walls.
• Parents please watch your kids to make sure they are following the rules. We are not responsible for the supervision of your children. Parents must be on site at all times.
• No food, candy, gum or drinks on the inflatables or in the mini gyms.
• Bouncin is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

2. All Participants are required to sign our realease of Liabilty Waiver form prior to entry.
 The release of liabilty form can be filled out in person at one of our Kiosks or online using the link below. All forms must be done electronically as we do not accept paper forms. If your guest is a repeat customer they may already have a form on file.

3. Party Room Availabilty
In order to mazimize your time in our party rooms, we stagger the times to accomodate setup and cleanup. When signing up for your party, please pay attention to which room you are booking. We may not be able to accomodate your request to move rooms if the room is already booked for thetimeslot behind yours. 

4. Cancelations
All minimum deposits are not refundable. In the event of a cancelation, you may move the date of your party to a later date if the cancelation is within 5 days of your event with no penalties but the new date you choose will be subject to availability.

5. Decorating
We do allow you to decorate the room during your party. Decorations cannot do permanent damage to our walls or fixtures and must be brought down prior to you leaving the party room. You will be responsible for any permanent damages done to our walls, tables, chairs and equipment. For safety reasons we also DO NOT allow pinatas to be used in our facilities.

6. Outside Food and Beverage
We do allow outside food, beverages, and cake during your party. Party Room A does have a Refridgerator/Freezer for your use during your party. Party Room B does not have these ammenities however food, beverage and cake is allowed.
